Governance and Management


A Program Steering Committee (PSC) comprised of senior officials of the Program's Government partners - the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), thDepartment of Finance–Bureau of the Treasury (DOF-BTr), thCommission on Audit (COA), and the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade provides strategic oversight to program planning and implementation and decides funding priorities year to year. The PSC aligns closely with the work of the government’s inter-agency PFM Committee.  Meanwhile, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) plays an important advisory role to the program.

A Team Leader leads the Program and has day-to-day responsibility for program development, delivery, and monitoring; and is supported by a team of Technical Advisers and Activity Support Staff. 

The Program is managed by a contracted Service Provider, Coffey International Development, on behalf of the Australian Government. 

The Program takes pride in its team of highly qualified, experienced and motivated international and national professionals and staff. Program professionals includexperts in financial management, economics, governance and civil society, organisational development, information technology, monitoring and evaluation, and various other fields.
