The Philippines-Australia Public Financial Management Program (PFMP) is a joint initiative of the Governments of Australia and the Philippines. It assists the national government to implement the Philippine Public Financial Management (PFM) Reform Roadmap (2011-2016) that aims to achieve efficiency, accountability and transparency of public fund use in the Philippines to enable better service delivery. This strategic plan is being supported by the PFMP, with funding provided by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Coffey International Development Pty Ltd (Coffey), the Service Provider of the PFMP, is seeking proposals from local IT companies to provide consultancy services to implement the project “MS Access Application Development Services for the Department of Education”.

This activity aims to strengthen and integrate the existing MS Access systems in the Department of Education into a single application, which can accommodate the consolidation of data throughout the whole Department. A local IT company is needed to help to upgrade the existing systems and integrate the functionalities into a single system using MS Access Application.

The successful tenderer will be required to mobilise in-country in late April or early May 2015.

  • The project duration is twelve (12) months
  • It is intended for local companies or organisations only.
PFMP will accept lodgement of Tenders by email, fax or courier (at the following address: PFMP/Coffey International Development, Third Floor, JMT Building, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City 1605, PHILIPPINES). For submission of hardcopy, tenders must be received at the same PFMP address marked "MS Access Application Development Services for DepED" not later than 5:00 pm Manila time on 27 March 2015 (Friday) marked to the attention of The PFMP Program Manager.
