Technical Assistance to the Bureau of Treasury (BTr) for the setting up of a registry for recording Contingent Liabilities of the National Government

The Philippines-Australia Public Financial Management Program (PFMP) is a joint initiative of the Governments of Australia and the Philippines. It assists the national government to implement the Philippine Public Financial Management (PFM) Reform Roadmap (2011-2016) that aims to achieve efficiency, accountability and transparency of public fund use in the Philippines to enable better service delivery. This strategic plan is being supported by the PFMP, with funding provided by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Coffey International Development Pty Ltd (Coffey), the Service Provider of the PFMP, is seeking proposals from local companies or organisations to implement theproject “Technical Assistance to the Bureau of Treasury (BTr) for the setting up of a registry for recording Contingent Liabilities of the National Government.”

This project aim to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy and transparency in the reporting of Contingent Liabilities and to strengthen the information base and policy framework for managing contingent liabilities.

  • The successful tenderer will be required to mobilise in-country in March 2015.
  • The project duration is six (6) months.
  • It is intended for local companies or organisations only.

 

PFMP will accept lodgement of Tenders by email, fax or courier (at the following address: PFMP/Coffey International Development, Third Floor, JMT Building, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City 1605, PHILIPPINES). For submission of hardcopy, tenders must be received at this same PFMP address marked “Technical Assistance to the Bureau of Treasury (BTr) for the setting up of a registry for recording Contingent Liabilities of the National Government not later than 5.00pm Manila time on 16 January 2015 (Friday) marked to the attention of The PFMP Program Manager.
